Pyraxis is a local-first, on-device desktop productivity application. Its AI models, data storage, and processing run entirely on your own computer. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your content. Unless you explicitly connect a third-party account (e.g. Google), no data leaves your device.

1. What data Pyraxis accesses

Pyraxis only accesses data from accounts you choose to connect, and only to provide the feature you asked for. When you connect Google, Pyraxis requests these scopes:

  • gmail.readonly — read your email so the app can summarise threads and prepare reply drafts on your device. Pyraxis never edits, labels, deletes, or otherwise modifies your mailbox.
  • gmail.send — send a message only when you review and approve it.
  • calendar.events — create and view calendar events (meetings) you ask Pyraxis to schedule.
  • calendar.readonly — view your schedule to find free times.
  • openid, email — identify the connected account.

2. How the data is used and stored

  • All Google data is processed locally on your device by on-device AI models. It is not sent to Pyraxis, Pyraxis Solutions, or any third party.
  • Email and calendar content used to generate summaries or drafts is held in a local database on your computer and stays there. Reply drafts are kept locally for your review; they are not written back to Gmail.
  • OAuth tokens are stored securely on your device and are used only to call the Google APIs above.
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others.
  • We do not use your Google user data to train, develop, or improve generalised or non-personalised AI/ML models.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

Pyraxis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Human reading of your Google data occurs only where it is (a) required for security purposes, (b) needed to comply with applicable law, or (c) with your explicit prior consent; otherwise your Google user data is processed only by on-device automated systems to provide the features you request.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. Because processing is on-device, there is no server-side copy to share. Data only leaves your device when you act — e.g. sending an email you approved.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Disconnect a connected account in the app at any time to revoke its access and stop future syncing.
  • You may also revoke Pyraxis's access from your Google Account permissions.
  • Locally stored data is deleted when you remove it in the app or uninstall Pyraxis / clear its data folder. Everything is on your machine, under your control.

6. Security

The application is code-signed and distributed only through official channels. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored using the operating system's secure facilities on your device.

7. Children

Pyraxis is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
